Lucie Matussiere is a Paris-based creative director and consultant with over 15 years of experience in the fashion and luxury industries. She has worked with renowned advertising agencies such as Laird+Partners and Baron&Baron, where she served as a Senior Art Director in New York. During this time, she led global 360° campaigns for brands including Dior, Moncler, Zegna, Zara, among others.

In 2022, she founded her own creative practice, LM Studio, enabling her to develop tailored collaborations with brands and artists. The studio develops concept-driven solutions across print, digital, and film. Each project is crafted in collaboration with a curated network of artists carefully selected to bring each client’s unique vision to life.
